In 2025, we continued to execute our long-term strategy, reallocating resources towards the areas of the business with the greatest growth potential and investing in key markets and specialisms. Performance varied across regions, with strong growth in India, improving conditions in parts of Asia and a return to growth in the US.
We also made further progress against our strategic goals, changing more than 147,000 lives during the year and increasing our client net promoter score to 66, exceeding our 2030 target for the second consecutive year. Despite ongoing market uncertainty, we remain focused on delivering long-term growth and creating value for our clients, candidates and shareholders.

Our Enterprise Solutions business kept growing, helping organisations address increasingly complex workforce and talent challenges through scalable recruitment and outsourcing solutions.
Page Executive strengthened its position as our executive search and leadership advisory service, supporting organisations in securing senior leadership talent across global markets.
We continued to invest in data, AI and technology to improve productivity, enhance customer experience and support better hiring outcomes for clients and candidates.
We continued to make progress against our long-term strategy, investing in the areas of the business with the greatest structural growth opportunities.
India delivered another record year, achieving 14% growth and standing out as the strongest-performing market in 2025.
Our client net promoter score increased to 66, exceeding our 2030 target for the second consecutive year, reflecting our commitment to exceptional service.
